It is often beneficial to create a visual representation of a proposed site to use in support of a planning application or site provider agreement. Chalcroft have the software and skills to produce realistic photomontages of almost any rooftop based or greenfield proposal.

A high resolution photograph of the proposed site is taken from the desired elevation and distance.

From our library of images, the proposed equipment is superimposed onto the photograph, scaled to correct height, taking into account the perspective and heights of surrounding trees and buildings.

Ancillary items such as cabinets and fencing are then placed in their proposed locations.

Finally we add lighting and shadow effects, then fine tune the image focus, to give a realistic appearance to the montage.
